After a period of intense collaboration, the SafePAT Project Team decided time has come to share their first results and perspectives in on patient safety in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine. During the SafePAT Symposium, experts in patient safety and international collaboration will share their findings with you in several inspiring lectures and interactive workshops.
